The Management Development and Training Unit (MDTU) of Sabaragamuwa is dedicated to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of this provincial public sector. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge training programs and resources to foster professionalism, innovation, and excellence in public administration.
Established with the vision of building a highly skilled and capable workforce, MDTU serves as the cornerstone for advancing provincial public sector management practices and achieving provincial and national development goals.
Through this web site it is aimed to centralized all training activities in one system. It also involves to reduce paper work, manual work and duplication of needs and to create easy access for administrators and participants. This creates transparency accountability and improve efficiency of work and also while this makes cost reduction and help to easy way to evaluate and monitoring. This aligns with the national goal of “Clean Sri Lanka Project” by implementing a part of digitalization.
